01Student accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. Your account and course access are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

02Purchases & payment

Course prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time payment at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Your enrollment becomes active once payment is confirmed. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect courses you have already purchased.

03All sales are final

Because course content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital training and that you waive any right to a refund, cancellation or chargeback once payment is confirmed. This applies to every course, regardless of how much of the content you have viewed.

04Course access

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream the content for your own education for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After one year your access ends and may be renewed by purchasing the course again. Your progress is preserved when you renew. We may update, improve or replace lessons over time.

05Intellectual property

All course content — videos, text, images, workbooks and the structure of the curriculum itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of SKIN By Miss M and is protected under United States and international copyright law. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own education only. You may not record, screen-capture, download, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or use the content to create your own course or training materials without our prior written permission. Access is tied to a single account and may be individually traceable to you.

06Anti-piracy & copyright warning

WARNING: The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal. The course videos and materials on this platform are the protected property of SKIN By Miss M. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated and prosecuted under United States federal law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and is punishable by up to five (5) years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000.

Each account's access is logged and may be watermarked to the individual student. Recording, downloading, sharing login credentials, or redistributing any part of these courses will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to civil and criminal legal action. We actively monitor for piracy and will pursue offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the student portal, attempt to access other students' accounts or data, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use automated tools to scrape or download content.

08Educational disclaimer

Our courses are educational. They do not constitute medical advice, and completing a course does not by itself authorize you to perform paramedical procedures. You are solely responsible for meeting the licensing, certification, insurance, hygiene and health regulations that apply in your city, state or country before working on clients.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKIN By Miss M is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or courses after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
